After enjoying breakfast at your accommodations in Fez, we’ll begin our journey with a scenic drive south through the Sais Plateau, Fez’s fertile agricultural heartland. This region is characterized by its olive groves, wheat fields, and fruit trees.

• First Stop: Bhalil, a small, traditional Moroccan town located just 30 minutes from Fez.
  • Unique Architecture: Bhalil is notable for its cave houses—an architectural marvel that is rare in Morocco.
